Hey gorgeous! I’m Flo, a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with a passion for women’s health, strength, and confidence.
With years of experience coaching women, I understand that every body and every journey is unique. My approach focuses on smart, functional training that supports real life, helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free. I’m a big believer in mobility and prehab (not rehab), because building resilience and preventing injury is key to long-term health, wellbeing, and confidence.
